HiCOZY provides a warranty for each of our products. You can find the precise warranty period of your product in the instructions inside the box or on the chart below. Please note this warranty is effective from the date of receipt. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchase.
Our warranty is for purchases made through www.hicozy.com or the HiCOZY store on Amazon. For purchases made through other resellers, please contact them directly. This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

If your product has a defect during its warranty period, please fill in the following form and we will respond within 24-48 hours. The defective device’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required. It may save time to first troubleshoot problems by looking at the User Manuals or visiting our FAQ page before filing a warranty claim.
Note: It may be necessary to return the defective device for quality inspection before HiCOZY sends a replacement.
