Return & Refund Policy
HiCOZY provides a warranty on each of our products. If you need to submit a warranty for
your product, please fill in the following form and we will get back to you within 24-48
Warranty length varies depending on the specific product you purchased. This warranty extends only to personal use and does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial, rental, or any other use for which the product is not intended. There are no warranties other than the warranties expressly set forth with each product.
Please note that this warranty is effective from the date of initial purchase and it is non-transferable and applies to the original purchase solely.
The shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer in following situations:
- Defects caused by personal reasons
- No defects in product
- Products returned due to reasons other than quality defects or wrong items
- Warranty claimed for items purchased outside the country of original purchase
- Unexpected return from the buyer
- Return of personal items
- The product returned with claim of being defective but it is not after inspected
- Return of the defective product using international shipping
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns that is not approved by warranty claiming process)
The warranty service doesn’t include:
- Free gift
- Lost or stolen product
- Expired Warranty
- Non-quality issue (30 days after purchase)
- On-site service
- Daily wear: includes the parts that may wear out over time
- Improper maintenance
- Replacement of household fuse or resetting the circuit breaker
- Damages caused by misuse, negligence or improper use, including but not limited to misusing incompatible voltage, whether the product shall be used with a converter or an adapter. For more information on the proper use of the product, please refer to the safety instructions in the HiCOZY® User Manual.
- Incidental or indirect damages caused by potential defects of the product
- Labor and other costs for installation, modification, or disassembly of products
- Damages caused by pollution, accidents, or natural disasters
- Damages or defects that exceed product cost
- Claims for loss of interest or enjoyment
This Warranty is void without proof of purchase. Please be aware that this Warranty supersedes all other warranties and constitutes the entire agreement between the consumer and HiCOZY®. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions of this Warranty must be in writing, signed by a representative of HiCOZY®. No other party has the right or ability to alter or change the Terms and Conditions of this Warranty.
HiCOZY always hopes to provide our customers with excellent products and customer service. If you believe your product is defective, contact HiCOZY for warranty service at 1-866-444-2699 or email@example.com. In your correspondence with HiCOZY, please describe the problem and request a return material authorization (RMA) number. You will also need to provide the proof of purchase, return shipping address and a daytime phone number.
After a HiCOZY representative confirms that your product is defective and is still under warranty, you will receive an RMA and return notice.

- Undamaged product can be returned for full refund for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The refund process commences once the product is received for corresponding examination.
- All accessories shall be included along with the returned product (all accessories shall be intact)
- The returned product must be packed in the original method (the product must be able to be completely repacked in original packing)
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs
- HiCOZY will refund the costs of the product as for non-quality warranty claim
- The return request might be rejected if the product doesn’t meet the above requirements
30-day hassle-free will be expired 30 days after the date of purchase and only quality issues will be handled if the return exceeds the window period.
