The cafe down the street from us has the best ice. The chewable frozen nuggets don’t just cool their drinks, they’re part of the experience. Inspired by their delectable ice, we wanted to bring that boutique quality home.
But, at HiCOZY, a regular countertop ice maker just won’t do–we sought to develop a sleek, convenient and intelligent appliance, something undoubtedly HiCOZY. After countless hours of brainstorming, researching and designing, the HiCOZY Ice Maker was born.
Our design philosophy is one of uncompromising quality and convenience. We built our moveable ice maker with cutting-edge components, ensuring it works as great as it looks. We created this ice maker for refreshing cocktails on warm summer nights, for the perfect drink at the end of a long day.
FAQ
A: Just press and hold the button for 3 seconds, it will provide deep, thorough and automatic cleaning. All you need to do is clean the water pump with a soft towel.
1. Ensure the drain plug is securely plugged.
2. Ensure the water valve is open.
3. Flip the power switch on the backside of the ice maker.
4. Add water to the reservoir or hook up to a water supply.
5. Press the Start Button to begin producing ice.
6. Ice will start dropping into the basket within 5 minutes.
A: Once the ice maker turns on, you’ll have ice ready to use in 5 minutes or less.
A: With enough water, the HiCOZY Ice Maker will make up to 55 lbs of ice per day.
A: Although it includes tubing to connect to a water source for automatic filling, you can easily hand-fill the reservoir with a cup to supply the ice maker.
