Your order ID can be found on your purchase order/history, email, or invoice. Your order ID may vary depending on which retailer you purchased your HiCOZY product from.

If you received your product as a gift, or if you are unable to provide the order ID, please send a picture of your product to [email protected].

When you purchase products from our website, the warranty extension is automatically applied to your order. You may check the details on the my warranty page after the product is delivered.

• Additional 6-months Warranty

  You can extend your included warranty by 6 months. Create an account and enter your order number to register your new product for the extended warranty.

• Defective Products & Returns

  If you find your product is defective within the warranty period, please contact us via [email protected] with your order number.
