Excellent machine. I have had no problems being brand new making slushies milkshakes frappe malted and soft serve. A little reading to understand the sugar requirements and nothing to it. Clean up is not hard at all after using the clean cycle and hand wash if using anything cream based. Only danger is limiting myself
