There is a learning curve to cleaning cycle. It can’t enter the self- cleaning mode while producing ice so be sure power button is in off mode before holding the Mode button for 3 seconds until clean button lights up. I have had no problems with the machine except for confusing instructions on clean cycle. I would buy again.
